Terms and Conditions!

We/Us = Halal Cruises which is operated under Halal Tourism Britain Ltd.

You = Customer

  1. Booking and Registration:

By booking a place on the Bosnian Retreat, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

To secure a place on the retreat, participants must complete the registration process and make the required payment.

Participants must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration.

  1. Payment:

The retreat fee includes transfers, accommodation, breakfast, and transportation as specified in the itinerary. 

Payment must be made according to the payment schedule provided by us. Failure to make payments on time may result in the cancellation of the booking and lose non refundable deposit of £100.

An online booking will incur an additional merchant fee of which we are not party to.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the us.

Refund eligibility is determined based on the date of cancellation:

More than 60 days before the retreat: Full refund minus any non-refundable fees.

30-60 days before the retreat: 50% refund minus any non-refundable fees

Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refund.

No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the retreat.

A transfer may be done to someone else however a nominal fee of £25 needs to be paid and they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat and provide a full refund in case of insufficient numbers or unforeseen circumstances, and are not liable to any expenses incurred by you. However we may assist you in providing a different package for Bosnia. 

  1. Travel and Insurance:

Participants are responsible for arranging any travel insurance they require, spending money, laundry, their own domestic (UK or otherwise) transfer to international airports. Transfers in Bosnia are covered by us according to the group schedule only. Anyone outside these timings needs to pay for their own transfers which can be arranged.

  1. Health and Medical Considerations:

Participants should inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary restrictions during the booking. 

It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are physically and mentally fit for the retreat’s activities.

  1. Code  of Conduct:

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the retreat.

Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate removal from the retreat at the participant’s expense.

We are committed to bringing together a group of individuals with good character; therefore, any behavior that goes against our values and principles will not be tolerated.

7.Changes to Itinerary:

We reserve the right to modify the retreat itinerary, including activities and accommodations, if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances

8. Release and Waiver:

Participants are required to sign a release and waiver form before the start of the retreat, acknowledging the risks and responsibilities associated with the activities.

Information about this requirement will be provided during the retreat. 

9. Photography and Media:

Participants may be photographed or recorded during the retreat, and their likenesses may be used in promotional materials.

Participants who do not wish to be photographed should inform us in writing.

10. Privacy:

Personal information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Halal Tourism Britain’s policy. We may need to share selected information with key travel trade partners and any authorised official. We are registered with the ICO and only able to communicate with the booking party unless you permit to do so in writing. 

11.Liability:

Halal Cruises is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense resulting from acts beyond its control.

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.

12.Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. This being English law only.

Any disputes we will try resolving but in the event we are not able to then the subject will be to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

13. Agreement:

By paying the deposit or full balance you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
