Do I Need a Visa to Travel?
We will advise you on each of the destinations however we suggest to make sure that the country you are visiting does not require a visa from the country you are resident in. You may also need to confirm ahead with your airline that you will be allowed to board without showing proof of a visa.
How can I make payment?
Payments can be made by Bank Transfer, credit or debit card. If you are choosing a cruise in Britain or Istanbul we only accept bookings online.
Can my cruise cater for my dietary requirements?
For allergy/dietary requirements please put this in the comments section at time of booking, this will allow our partners to make any necessary arrangements, if we are not informed of your allergy/dietary requirements they may not be met.
Do I need to get any vaccinations or malaria tablets ahead of travel?
Before travelling to your desired country, you may wish to check if they require a recent 2 jab vaccination or not. Depending on your plans and what part of the country you will be visiting, you may need to be vaccinated against hepatitis A, typhoid, hepatitis B, Japanese encephalitis, rabies, or yellow fever.
When is the welcome meeting?
The welcome meeting is usually held once everyone on your tour has arrived. Alternatively if it’s a private one then a meeting takes place prior to boarding.
How do I redeem a gift card/ voucher?
For online booking go to www.halalcruises.club, search by your location and the date you want to cruise. When prompted to enter the voucher code
All gift cards, certificates, coupons, and discount offers must be used and mentioned at the time of booking in order to be honoured.

Can I use my gift card onboard?
Gift cards may not be used as onboard payment, but may be used to purchase experiences online.
Are your services wheelchair accessible?
A person with a disability must disclose this at the time of booking. All passengers must be physically able to walk on to the boats with an able bodied helper.
Do I need to book tickets in advance?
All cruises must be booked in advance and those cruises in Britain and Istanbul must be booked online www.halalcruises.club
Are you able to accommodate large groups?
We are able to accommodate different size groups for different boats in different locations.. We ask that you email us to discuss further info@halalcruises.club
Can I book my tickets online?

Do I have to print out my ticket?
Guests attending cruises in Britain and Istanbul must show their ticket on a mobile device.
Do the boats have open deck areas?
All boats offer open space areas with great views. Many have upper open decks offering an elevated view.
