Visit the Temple of Literature, the first University for the sons of mandarins. Following, choose your option between market or museum (just one based on your group’s preference): visit Hoa Lo Hilton – a site commonly referred to as the Hanoi Hilton by US prisoners of war OR walk through Dong Xuan market – the Old Quarters largest wholesale market, where you can find exotic plants, fresh fruits and vegetables, sweetly fragrant flowers.
Continue with a visit a local house and take your time talking with the hosts and learn about their family’s life and history.

In the afternoon, visit Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (outside visit) and his personal residence, the One Pillar Pagoda and the Tran Quoc Pagoda. Next, embark on a leisurely ride on a cyclo around Hoan Kiem Lake before enjoying a water puppet show in the early evening.
If time permits, pay a visit to a local coffee shop and enjoy Hanoi’s specialty – Egg Coffee.

In the afternoon, our journey continues as we explore more of Hanoi’s captivating landmarks and cultural treasures. Our first stop is the Temple of Literature, a place of great historical significance.
We’ll then proceed to the iconic One Pillar Pagoda, a remarkable architectural gem with a unique design. This pagoda is a testament to Vietnam’s rich spiritual heritage and is a must-visit site.
Our exploration of Hanoi’s spiritual landmarks continues with a visit to the Tran Quoc Pagoda, situated on the shores of West Lake. As the day draws to a close, prepare for a unique experience as we embark on a leisurely cyclo ride around the enchanting Hoan Kiem Lake. The slow-paced journey allows you to absorb the scenic beauty and vibrant atmosphere of the area.

17:30 – 18:30: Joining us for a cooking demonstration to learn how to make one of the most famous Vietnamese cuisines, the spring rolls or reach the top deck of cruise where the guests can admire the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. It is an ideal time for photography enthusiasts to capture the greatest moment of sunset over Lan Ha Bay.
19.30: Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served by our skillful chef. This is a delightful meal in an intimate romantic setting.
21:00 – 22.00: Relax on the top deck just under the cover of a
brightly illuminated sky. Or try to get your luck at the squid
fishing on the main deck.

08:00 – 08:30: The guests are transferred to a day trip boat and set sail for the further Lan Ha Bay – cruising along the peaceful and quiet nature of the bay. Or you are free to relax on cruise if you do not like to move for a day trip.
10:30 -11:00: After reaching Viet Hai jetty, the guest will have a great experience in cycling or having a ride on an e-cart to Viet Hai village through the tropical rainforest canopy and towering limestone mountains, also surrounded by the green. Learn about the villager’s daily life and how people built and lived in the bamboo thatched houses: the earthen walls are made of straw and mud covered with trellis, forming walls to block rain and wind.
12:15 – 13:30: Return to the day trip boat and enjoy lunch at the restaurant while the boat is cruising to the kayaking and
swimming spot.
13:30: Explore the secluded and quiet lagoon by kayaks or having a swim off the boat is a great fun.
16:30: Head back to the Mon Cheri Cruises to relax. Have a soak in the Jacuzzi mini pool. Enjoy the music and your favorite drinks by the pool.
17:30 – 18:30: Watch the sunset falling on the bay.

06:45 – 07:15: Breakfast is served while cruising back to Gia Luan jetty. (Breakfast time maybe adjust and follow the real itinerary)
07:30 – 09:00: You will join the tour of Cat Ba World Biosphere by transshipment. It takes 30 minutes to transfer from Gia Luan to Trung Trang – one of the most impressive caves in Cat Ba island, Vietnam. The limestone cave has thousands of stalactites in
various shapes, offering geological values with a typical cave ecosystem.
09:30: Return to the main boat from the cave and the guests will do the cabin check out. Luggage is placed outside of the cabin. Lunch is served at the restaurant. Settle the bar bill by the desk at the restaurant (if any).
10:30 – 11:00: Disembark the Mon Cheri Cruises and transferred back to Block #34, Big Bay group terminal, Tuan Chau Marina. Relax and wait for the luggage.
11:30 – 12:00: The guests are ready at Tuan Chau Marina. Transfer back to Hanoi for your flight to Danang. Upon arrival, welcome and transfer to Kampung Melayu restaurant for dinner before check-in your hotel.

As we bid farewell to Lan Ha Bay, a delightful breakfast is served aboard our cruise as we cruise back to the Gia Luan jetty, taking in the scenic beauty along the way.
Our next adventure leads us to the Cat Ba World Biosphere, a remarkable natural wonder waiting to be explored. A 30-minute transfer from Gia Luan brings us to Trung Trang, one of the most awe-inspiring caves on Cat Ba Island, Vietnam. This limestone cave is adorned with thousands of stalactites in diverse shapes, offering geological marvels and a glimpse into a typical cave ecosystem.
After our cave exploration, we’ll return to the main boat, and it’s time to check out of your cabins. Please place your luggage outside of the cabin to prepare for disembarkation. Before departing the cruise, you can settle any outstanding bar bills at the desk in the restaurant.
Bid adieu to the luxury cruise as we disembark and transfer back to the Marina and we embark on our journey back to Hanoi for our flight to Danang.
After breakfast, transfer to Hoi An start an interesting trip to Cam Thanh. Hop on your bike for a leisure ride around the villages (6km of cycling). Along the way, stop at the water coconut forest, rice paddy fields, and a prawn and red snapper farm to learn more about farming activities in Hoi An as well as capture some fun moments together with the farmers. Continue your lovely ride on the village lanes to Thanh Dong organic farm. As you walk to the vegetables farm, your guide will share some meaningful stories about how the life of the people here has been changed after being introduced new organic farming method. Learn the farming activities and start your gardening together with the hosts to understand the whole process of how to grow organic food from preparing and applying organic manure to the land, raking the ground, sowing, watering, and picking vegetables. After that, enjoy a basket boat ride along the Do River, enjoying the scenery while the boat slowly approaches The Field Restaurant. Hands-on a small cooking class before savouring yourself with a Vietnamese family style lunch. Visit charming old town of Hoi An, an exceptionally well preserved example of a South-East Asian trading port during the 15th to 19th centuries. Many of the buildings in the town reflect
historical architectural styles and the whole town is listed as an UNESCO World Heritage site. Enjoy a walking tour in the old town. Visit Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, the Japanese wooden bridge and take choice of visit ancient houses or communal houses. Followed by a visit to a lantern making cottage and learn how to
make this handicraft yourself.

Optional: A RUSTIC MEAL ON RIVER Cam Thanh Village is now an urban ward of Hoi An city. Surrounded by peaceful villages, idyllic rivers and lush water coconut palms, this little port town supplies seafood, vegetables and rice for the area. Take a short drive away from the hustle and
bustle in downtown to Co Co river. A rowed basket boat ride will bring you to the floating stationary bamboo raft.Indulge yourself in a relaxing BBQ meal while enjoying sparkling river with glassy surface under sunset (for dinner), cool breeze and immerse water coconut jungles. Transfer back to hotel afterwards.

After breakfast, pick up at hotel, take an hour and a half drive to Cu Chi located in outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City. Visit the Cu chi Tunnels, an immense network of interconnecting underground tunnels over 250 km in length and used in military campaigns during Vietnam war. The tunnels were used by Viet Cong soldiers as hiding spots during combat and also served as supply routes, hospitals and food and weapons caches.
Lunch at Pizza Lux.
In the afternoon, visit the former Presidential Palace, or as it is known today – the Reunification Palace. Then head to the historical heart of the city and visit the Notre Dame Cathedral (outside visit only due to its renovation). The red bricks of the cathedral walls were originally from Paris, France. From there,
take a short walk to the old Central Post Office. After that, visit the best-preserved buildings from the colonial era, the Opera House and the Hotel de Ville now home to Saigon’s municipal authorities.
Continue to Catinat building. Built in 1927, in an art
deco style, it has once again become a hub for fashion conscious Saigonese and contains many designer boutiques, galleries, restaurants and cafés.

Inside a small alley of Saigon, on the way you have the
opportunity to see how the locals live as we always say the soul of Saigon is best reflected inside the alleys. Then continue on another area of the city which is located along the river where
you will see trading culture on the water, even though its not as busy as a floating market, trading on boats used to be an
important cultural part of Saigon. The trip will take you to another mosque at a surprising location – a perfect place to tell the story of how local people practice Islamic religion in Vietnam.
As you might be hungry already, the next stop is a local curry place serving halal food, all the dishes are prepared by an Islamic chef – it is said to be one of the best halal food stalls in Saigon. The last stop of the tour is China Town where with its the bustling Binh Tay Market. The tour ends at Cho Lon Mosques.
