Halal Cruises (under Halal Tourism Britain)  has curated this travel experience. Like other UK travel experiences we curate them and do not merely resell them as a travel agent. As you may imagine we need to pay our suppliers ahead of time, and once your deposit is processed we in return pay our suppliers ahead of time. Please read carefully the T&cs. 

Deposit/Payment. The initial deposit of £350 is non-refundable alongside the remaining 2 payments are not transferable to another experience of ours and must be paid within the stated terms to avoid automatic cancellation. If you are unable to attend for whatever reason, you may transfer the Eid trip to someone else. 

If for any reason the Eid experience has a travel ban in place due to unforeseen circumstances the event will be changed to a later date. No refunds will be issued and uncomfortableness for travel matters arising from it can not be considered. All payments are final. It is strongly suggested that you obtain travel insurance that covers you for cancellation and unexpected events. Doing so will help safeguard you and provide financial protection.

Final payment is due 95 days before the event, Tuesday 9th January 2024.  Cancellations before this time are subject to the above.

Rates are subject to deck availability. All cabins come with a balcony. This is a full board experience, internal transportation, except flights and international airport transfers which will be quoted separately, as guests fly from different countries at different times. . 

Country requirement

It is each person’s responsibility to see if they require any vaccination, and any visa requirements. British passport holders do not need a visa to Vietnam unless they exceed 45 days. Each traveller must meet the entry requirements of Vietnam and we are not responsible for non-entry. You may transfer your place to someone else if you fail the requirements after final payment. We do not offer a refund or transfer to any of our other experiences.

Exclusions:

• Any form of travel document e.g. passport visa etc. Make sure you have the correct ones

• Any form of insurance 

• Any entry fee to attractions not listed

• International airport transfers. This would be an additional price we will quote according to the number of people and your time of arrival. We are not responsible for delays to your airport of origin, your flight delays travelling to Vietnam and may need to re quote a separate airport transfer where the price may be different. 

• Any traffic or accident causing you to miss your flight is your own responsibility and will not be covered by us.

• Any medical requirements

Activities

Guests are not obligated to participate in activities however no refund/ transfers arising of it will be given. Activities may involve an element of risk including the risk of physical injury more than that encountered in daily life.Guests who participate in any activity during this event, you do so at your own risk. You must exercise any necessary care and caution and follow any instruction from us or the suppliers and take into consideration other guests and locals. By taking part in the activities you confirm you are healthy and medically fit to do so and we are not held responsible for any matters arising from the activities. . 

Liability

We do not own, manage, control or operate any transportation vehicle, hotel, boat, restaurant or other supplier of services. Other independent third parties provide transportation, transfers and accommodations, sightseeing excursions and other services Such parties are independent contractors and not employees or agents of us. All arrangements with such independent contractors are made solely for your convenience and are at your own risk. You agree not to make any claims against us for loss or damage to baggage or property, or for personal injuries or death, or for any loss from delay arising out of the acts, omissions or negligence of any independent contractors, such as air lines, hotels, tour providers, restaurateurs, transportation providers, or medical providers. Neither us or our suppliers assume responsibility for any claim, action, cause of action, injuries, losses or damages arising from the actions of third-party contractors supplying services on the vacation, including but not limited to, reservations, transportation, hotel, food, or sightseeing services, failure of aircraft or boat, or any other means of transportation, missed connections, lost or stolen items, costs or expenses arising out of injury, gambling losses, accident or death, quarantine, disturbance, terrorism, government restrictions or regulations, damage, loss or delay of baggage or other property, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, loss of pay, disappointment, mechanical breakdown, government actions, strike, lockouts, war, weather, acts of god, force majeure or other factors or causes beyond our control. 

Schedule change

We reserve the right to withdraw or modify hotel itinerary activities without notice and without liability. During national holidays, certain locations may be limited or closed. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, riots, weather conditions, technical difficulties or for any other reason whatsoever, We may at any time and without prior notice, cancel, advance, postpone or deviate from any part of the package and shall not be obliged for any loss whatsoever to you by reason of such cancellation, advancement, postponement, deviation or substitution.
